New Chief Technology Officer deepens Peerfit’s relationship with health care carriers
TAMPA, Fla. (June 1, 2017) – Peerfit, a digital platform that makes it easy for insurance carriers, brokers and employers to offer boutique fitness classes to their clients and employees, has added Adam Lowe, an experienced health technology industry executive, to its team as Chief Technology Officer.
Lowe brings more than 10 years of experience in the technology industry to his role at Peerfit. Most recently, he was Chief Technology Officer for WellMatch, a subsidiary of Aetna that’s creating technology tools to help consumers shop for and select health care services.
Prior to WellMatch, Lowe was a member of the leadership team that grew Hashrocket into a top-tier web and mobile consulting company, co-founded Herringbone ATS, an applicant tracking technology company, and consulted with companies on how to drive business value through technology. In previous roles, he worked on technology solutions for Bank of America, Sony, Gannett, Google and Aetna. Over the past five years, he’s led teams that have created more than 75 web and mobile software applications.
