How does Peerfit’s Subscription model work?

Users that are unsponsored by an employer, or insurance carrier, are able to access the Peerfit Network by paying a low, monthly subscription fee. Users may then purchase credits as needed to reserve classes, gym time, or memberships on Peerfit. Reserve, Sweat, Repeat!

Can I still get Peerfit through my employer?

Yes! Our Peerfit Subscription platform is an addition to our existing platform, not a replacement. If you would like to nominate your employer, you can do so here.

What is the subscription fee, and how much does it cost?

The Peerfit Subscription fee provides you with access to Peerfit’s national studio and fitness facility network and in addition, member pricing we have established with each facility, which is less than the facilities' standard drop-in rate. So you get drop-in convenience without the drop in price.

The fee is $8.95USD per month and auto-renews on the monthly anniversary of your purchase date. Peerfit subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your Subscription Settings. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the expiration date.

When does my subscription begin?

Your subscription begins at the moment of purchase, and it automatically renews on the monthly anniversary date, unless canceled by the user. You can view your renewal date at any time here.

How can I cancel my Peerfit Subscription?

You can cancel your Peerfit Subscription at any time, via Subscription Settings. Your subscription will be valid and give you network access until your expiration date. Canceling your Peerfit Subscription will keep you from being charged the subscription fee in the future unless you choose to re-subscribe. Are there any restrictions?

No! There are zero limits on studio visits. You can take any class, any day, at any time within the Peerfit Network.

What happens when I cancel a Peerfit Reservation?

When you cancel a Peerfit reservation booked with purchased credits (within the 12 hour cancellation window), Peerfit will refund the credit card charge associated with that credit purchase. Peerfit Credits are not applied back to the account. Credit card refunds take on average take 3 - 5 days to process, depending on the issuing bank, and up to 10 days to process.

What if I cancel my subscription, but I still have class reservations in the future?

Any reservation created while a subscription was active will be honored, even if it falls outside of the active subscription date. If you cancel your class, you will be refunded the cost of the credits that you purchased to make the reservation to the credit card on file that was used to make the purchase. If you would like to make an alternative reservation, you will be prompted to re-subscribe.

When I register, it says my email is already in use. What should I do?

If your email is already in use, you may need to reset your password. You'll be prompted to enter your account’s email to receive a link to reset your password. If for some reason you don’t receive an email, please reach out to support@peerfit.com.
